Our Vision
At Mother City Movement Centre, we believe that movement is a fundamental aspect of wellness. Our vision is to provide a space where individuals can explore movement practices that enhance their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment that fosters personal growth and community connection.
Our Story
Mother City Movement Centre was founded in 2024 by Fern Hartley, after spending years as a freelance renter, building her own small business. Now, with her own dream space, Fern's dream is to cultivate a welcoming environment where other businesses can thrive too. She envisions a place where people can gather, connect, and explore different forms of movement and creativity together.
Our Community
At Mother City Movement Centre, we believe that movement is a powerful tool for building community. We welcome individuals of all ages, practices, and offerings to join us on their journey. Our community is made up of people who share a passion for movement and a community..
